This may include your name, contact details, manuscript information, correspondence, contractual and billing information, and files you choose to provide. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services, administer contracts and payments, meet legal obligations, and send requested updates. The appropriate legal basis may include steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, consent, and legitimate interests.
Manuscripts and confidentiality
Submitted material is used to assess or deliver the service you request. Access should be limited to people who need it for that purpose. Any external editor, designer, storage provider or production partner should be covered by suitable confidentiality and data-processing terms.
Sharing and international processing

Contract, billing and tax records may be retained for the applicable statutory period, including the six-year period generally required for Irish business records.
